General recruitment process
Interview
Once you have completed and sent your online application you will receive an automatic email confirmation. A local HR and line manager will go through the applications and shortlist candidates for an interview. We may conduct several interview rounds before a final selection is made.
Final selection
All applicants are contacted either by email or phone at the latest when the selection has been made. The duration of the recruitment process may vary depending on different factors and for this reason we are unable to give you any estimate as to how long it will take to receive the information on the final selection.
Application process to KONE's Apprentice Programme
Application
At the end of January our engineering apprenticeship positions are published on the Apply now page. Complete the online form and include a CV. Our apprenticeship partner Train’dUp will send an additional application form to shortlisted candidates.
Interview
The application period ends in early April after which the most suitable candidates are invited for a telephone interview by our partner Train’dUp. The most successful candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the prospective line manager. The interviews take place in May and June.
Final selection
The final selections are made in July with at the latest with a respective start date in September. All applicants will be contacted by email.
